Jesus is Lord (Romans 10:9)

At our conversion we bow down to the sovereign reign of Jesus Christ and begin a life long journey of experiences that develops us in a life of absolute yield surrender to His will.
When God allows us to see who Jesus really is, our hearts are moved to repentance and we have a very small understanding of what “Jesus is Lord” really means. Through daily Bible study and prayer we begin to see parts of our lives that require a drastic transformation. So we “take up the cross” and lay that transgression on the altar allowing the Spirit of Jesus to make us anew.
Slowly, but most surely, we experience life, and as we do that will allow us to daily see more clearly what “Jesus is Lord” means. Day after day, experience after experience we mature in our yielding to our Lord. We strive to see absolute surrender before our final transformation into the likeness of Christ at His return. A healthy disciple of Jesus will become more yielded as they mature.
To the family at Ridglea I remind you that if you believe, you will become and if you become you will bear. It is a natural part of living under the Lordship of Christ.
